Frequently Asked Questions

Which plan is right for me?
Laminar covers occasional sizing checks. Transitional suits engineers running calculations regularly during a design cycle. Turbulent adds the ThermoSketch AI assistant and the highest compute quota for teams iterating daily.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Manage your subscription anytime from your account billing page. After cancelling, you keep access to your current plan until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
Which payment methods are supported?
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments (our Merchant of Record), supporting major credit and debit cards.
Is my simulation data stored?
No. Your simulation inputs and results are not uploaded to a database — a simulation runs, returns its results to your browser, and nothing is retained server-side. Saving a project downloads a local .json file to your own device; loading one reads it back from your device.
