Permanently delete your ThermoSketch account. This cannot be undone. Any active paid plan is cancelled automatically as part of this process, and we email you a record of each cancellation. You will not be refunded for the unused portion of your current billing period. If you sign up again with the same email within 30 days, your free-tier quota will not reset until the cooldown ends.
Billing and payment records are held independently by Dodo Payments, our payment processor, and are not deleted when you delete your ThermoSketch account. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Your subscription stays active at the payment provider and may continue to bill you. After your account is deleted you cannot cancel it yourself. Email support@thermosketch.com and we will cancel it for you.
