Which plan is right for me?
Laminar is free with limited usage, good for trying ThermoSketch out. Transitional suits occasional use, like running checks during a design cycle. Turbulent is built for everyday work, with the highest usage limits and the ThermoSketch AI assistant.
Is my simulation data stored?
No. On every plan, your simulation inputs and results are never stored on our servers. They go straight back to your browser, and there is no cloud project-storage feature. To keep a copy, download a .json file to your own device. See our Data Security page and Privacy Policy.
What payment methods can I use?
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments (our Merchant of Record), supporting major credit and debit cards.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Manage your subscription anytime from your account billing page. After cancelling, you keep access to your current plan until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
Can I get a refund?
If you haven't recorded any successful solver runs against a payment, you're eligible for a full refund within 30 days. If you have used some of your allowance, refunds are calculated based on your usage and how soon you request it. Every request is reviewed by a person, with a response within 5 business days.
